Review 1:

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt like Perfect Choice Roofing deserved one. I live in the Northeast, and my mom recently hired Perfect Choice Roofing. From the moment they got involved, she was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. They took care of everything for her and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable with the process. We had heard some things about the company’s past, so naturally, we had questions. When we brought them up, the owner was honest with us. He explained that a private family situation, along with the difficult economic conditions, had taken a toll on the business. What I respected was that he didn't make excuses or try to avoid the conversation. He acknowledged what happened, explained that the company had since reorganized, and was very clear that they were working hard to make things right and move forward. That honesty meant a lot to us. The company came highly recommended by several different people, and our experience with the staff confirmed why. Communication was great, everyone was responsive, and my mom felt like she was actually being taken care of rather than just being another customer. Sometimes people and businesses go through difficult seasons. What matters is what they do afterward. Everyone deserves an opportunity to learn, rebuild, and prove themselves. We decided to take that chance with Perfect Choice Roofing, and I'm very glad we did. We took the risk, and we absolutely did not regret it. Thank you to the entire team for treating my mom with kindness and making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

Review 2:

We had a very good experience with Perfect Choice Roofing and are very pleased with the final result. The roofing material took a little longer to arrive, but the team clearly explained that the timing was related to the specific material we had selected. Once everything was ready, the actual roof installation was completed relatively quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. The office staff was always friendly, accessible, and helpful throughout the process. We also really appreciated their attention after the job was completed. They sent a landscaping crew to repair the areas of grass that had been damaged during the roofing work, which showed their commitment to leaving everything in good condition. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new roof and with the service we received. I would gladly recommend Perfect Choice Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement.

A dear friend of mine recommended Perfect Choice Roofing when I was desperate for an honest roofing company. I could not have been more thrilled with their quick response time and the excellent job they did on my roof. I highly recommend Perfect Choice Roofing!

Review 4:

Perfect Choice did an excellent job repairing the leak developed after the rainstorm. Perfect Choice was the only company willing to do a small leak repair at good price so I can budget for complete replacement. Thank you Peter and Ivonne for great service.
