Review 1:

Once the handyman arrived, R. X. Handyman Pembroke Pines installed a new ceiling light, then hung a group of family pictures, made sure nothing was left loose, and finished the job neatly. We were happy with the finished work.

Review 2:

Neat finish with reliable people

Review 3:

Called offered an hourly rate; staff comes 6 hours later quotes it 5x. Abruptly leaves and company doesn’t even pickup. Seems like a scam - avoid.

Review 4:

One guy came late in the evening. Didn’t finish and wasn’t able to come back. He left it project worse than it was. The following day, they sent a different technician. He was unprofessional and arrived without the proper tools for the job. He used my own money to purchase a tool and did not disclose this beforehand. We had already agreed on a price, yet the work completed was poor and unfinished. When I requested a partial refund due to the quality of the work, he refused. At the time, I was too ill to continue the discussion. The next business day, I contacted the office and asked to speak with someone in management. My calls were never returned. As a result, I had no choice but to redo the entire job myself. I would not have made this matter public had management responded. Since there was no follow-up, I am sharing this experience to make others aware of these unacceptable business practices.
